Graham started his career with the Bournemouth and Poole specialised chef scholarship and worked at Claridges Hotel, Trinity Restaurant under Adam Byatt and now is the Head Chef at The Lickfold Inn.

Championing the home-grown approach introduced to him by his grandparents, Graham brings experience and fine-dining finesse to the menu. He is passionate about sourcing local ingredients and creating dishes that taste as spectacular as they look.
