Six-year acclaimed Chef Director and co-owner of flagship restaurant The Shed of Notting Hill, Rabbit of Chelsea and Nutbourne of Battersea, co-author of The Shed, The Cookbook and winner of the Michael Smith award for Work on British Food – Oliver Gladwin is a champion of wild, British food and nose-to-tail cooking. His exciting farm-to-table style of cooking stems from his life growing up on a farm and his previous work at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage, Launceston Place, Just St James and Oxo Tower.

Gladwin Brothers Enterprises, the company he runs with his two brothers, Richard and Gregory, is built on a foundation of community, sourcing quality produce from suppliers the brothers know personally, working with their family farm as much as possible and minimising waste across the board. Most importantly, they have built a team in each restaurant that supports this way of work.
