Rachel is an award-winning chef, food writer, food campaigner, and TV presenter. She is a regular on the food festival circuit, and is known for producing exquisite dishes in her lively and interactive cookery demonstrations.
She works with a number of brands, not least, Yes Peas, The Traditional Farmfresh Turkey Association, Cole & Mason, Fresh Growers, L. J. Fairburn eggs and UK Shallots.
This year, Rachel has been touring around the UK, kicking off at the Rhubarb Festival in Yorkshire, Brocklesby Country Fair, the Lincolnshire County Show, The Game Fair at Hatfield House, Jimmy’s Festival in Suffolk, CountryFile Live at Blenheim Palace, Taste of Game Food Festivals, Speciality & Fine Food Fair, Olympia and the East Midlands Food and Drink Festival, to name a few. Rachel is also a judge for the British Pie Awards, Great Taste Awards, the Artisan Cheese Awards and Tiptree World Bread Awards.
This year at Eat & Drink Festival Christmas, Rachel will be leading the Turkey demonstration on The Foodie Stage so make sure you head down and see her for all the tips and tricks in time for Christmas Day!
