Impressively, since 2012, he has been the Chef Director of Duck and Waffle and he designs some unique dishes, such as the Spicy Ox Cheek Doughnut. Further to this, Dan has been recognised as a top chef and has been awarded some prestigious titles and awards. This included the title of ‘Rising Star Chef’ at the 2013 Tatler Restaurants Awards.
