In a shaking tin, combine

25ml Mozart Chocolate liquor
15ml Cointreau 
15ml Simple syrup
15ml Egg White
50ml Half&Half

Add ice and shake all the ingredients hard and well!

Strain the liquid into the tin to re-shake without ice (This will froth up the Egg white and create a better texture).

Double strain through the bar Siv into a coupe Glass.

Line a napkin over half the glass and sprinkle chocolate power atop to create a lined off chocolate Garnish.

Finish with a flamed orange Zest. None flamed will also be fine.
