Ingredients: Serves 20 for canapés

200g cream cheese
100g creme fraiche
1 smoked trout fillet
Zest of 1 lemon
Small bunch each: chives, dill & parsley finely chopped
Table salt, to taste
Crackers/crudités to dip

Method:

1. Blend together cream cheese, creme fraiche & smoked trout to form a smooth paste.
2. Remove into a bowl & mix through the herbs & lemon zest.
3. Serve with crudités/crackers on the side.
